Because our items are personalized, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and industry best practices.

 

Section 1: Print-On-Demand Products Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

If your print-on-demand item (e.g., camouflage apparel, accessories, or home decor) arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage incurred during shipment, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Issues Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Errors in printing, stitching, or assembly.

  • Shipping Damage: Visible damage sustained during transit.

Eligibility Timeline:

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after 30 days may not be eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

  • Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Report the Issue:

    • Clear photos of the defect or damage (and the packaging, if applicable)

  3. Resolution Options:

    • Replacement: We will remake and resend your item at no extra cost if your claim is approved.

    • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged During Transit

If your item is damaged during transit, notify us immediately and include photos of both the product and its packaging. This information helps expedite claims with our shipping carriers.

Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

 

Section 2: Designer Shoes Refund Policy (via AliveShoes)

We are committed to ensuring that our custom-designed shoes meet the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied due to quality issues or defects, you are eligible for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Shoes:
    If the shoes have manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, stitching errors, or assembly issues) or sustain damage during shipment, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free Returns Policy:
    In the event that your custom designer shoes are defective or do not meet your order specifications, you may return them in pristine, unworn condition. Free return shipping is provided (our delivery partner will collect the package at no cost to you).

How to Initiate a Refund or Replacement

  2. Claim Review:

    • Replacement: If possible, we will produce and ship a replacement pair at no extra cost.

    • Refund: If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Section 3: Custom Print-on-Demand Returns (Fulfilled via PrintKK)

For orders fulfilled through PrintKK, our return guidelines are designed to maintain quality assurance and customer satisfaction. These guidelines apply to custom print-on-demand items processed via PrintKK.

Returns Window

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return

  • Defective or Damaged Items (“Defective Out of the Box”):
    If the product is defective upon arrival or has incurred damage during shipping, you may exchange it for the same item.

  • Non-Defective Returns:
    If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (such as a change of mind), the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition with all packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

  • Initiate Your Return:
    Contact our customer support at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility:
    Unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    We recommend using a reliable carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) that provides tracking information and return receipt confirmation.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

    • For Defective Items:
      A full refund (or replacement, if preferred) will be issued.

    • For Non-Defective Returns:
      The refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

    Please allow up to 30 business days for the return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
