1. Shipping for Print-on-Demand Items (Fulfilled via Printful)

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Custom Production:
  All items are made on demand with a production window of 2–5 business days.
  (For more details, please refer to Printful’s Production Timeline.)
   

• Shipping Time:
  Once produced, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–4 business days.
  (Delivery estimates are based on Printful’s Shipping Speeds & Pricing.)
   

Tracking & Shipping Costs

• Tracking:
  A tracking email is sent once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates.

• Shipping Costs & Restrictions:
  Standard shipping is free, and we currently ship only within the United States using physical addresses.

Handling Issues

• Delays & Address Changes:
  Delays may occur during high-volume periods or holidays. Contact us at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com within 12 hours for any address changes before production starts.

2. Shipping for Designer Shoes (Custom Italian Hand-Crafted Footwear)

Order Processing & Production

• Custom-Made Design:
  Our exclusive designer shoes are custom-made and produced once the pre-order threshold is met.

• Pre-Order Requirement:
  If the required pre-order count isn’t reached within 30 days, production will be halted with a full refund or potential delay at our discretion.

Shipping & Tracking

• Timeline:
  After production begins, shoes are typically shipped within 15–25 business days.

• Tracking:
  Dispatch notifications and tracking details will be provided via email.

Handling Issues

• Production Delays & Address Corrections:
  Significant delays or errors in the shipping address should be reported immediately to [tommydesigns2024@gmail.com]. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

• Lost or Stolen Packages:
  If tracking indicates delivery and the package is not received, please check your property and neighbors before contacting us.

3. Shipping for Custom Print-on-Demand Items (Fulfilled via PrintKK)

Designed to offer transparent pricing and flexible shipping options, our PrintKK fulfillment service is tailored for custom print-on-demand products. This section applies to select orders managed through PrintKK’s platform.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• On-Demand Production:
  Every item is produced only after an order is placed. Production typically takes between 5–12 business days.

• Fulfillment Promise:
  We strive to meet these timeframes. Should production or shipping delays exceed our promised window, you may be eligible for compensation such as partial refunds or shipping discounts.

Shipping Options & Transparent Pricing

PrintKK offers three distinct shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping:
  A cost-effective option that ensures reliable delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

• Fast Shipping:
  For customers needing expedited delivery without incurring high costs.

• Express Shipping:
  Our fastest method, ideal for urgent orders where time is critical.

Shipping Cost Calculation:
Shipping fees are transparently determined based on the actual weight and volume of your order. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.

Tracking & Customer Support

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

• Address Updates:
  To modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com.

• Handling Lost Packages:
  If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact our support team for assistance.

• International Orders:
  Currently, our PrintKK fulfillment is available only for U.S. orders. Orders with international addresses will be canceled.
